The role of the Multi-Trader is to help support the wider team onsite, with all strip outs and refurbs of industrial units. Your duties will include: Basic plumbing Patch plastering Stud walling Block work Carpentry & joinery Kitchen & Bathroom fitting Any associated building works such as, hanging doors and fixing skirting boards.The Multi-Trader will need to have: CSCS card, IPAF, and PASMA would be advantageous Experience working within commercial & Industrial settings Own van & tools Happy to travel within the East & West MidlandsThe successful Multi-Trader will be given a constant flow of work if their work is to a high standardfor the right person, maybe even a permanent job!Please apply for this role as a Multi-Trader, if you are available immediately or your role is coming to an end.
