Job Description

Job title: Multi-Skilled TradespersonLocation: BirminghamSalary: Depending on experience.Job type: Full time. Normal working hours are Monday to Friday 7am to 3pm (approx. 40 hours per week) - but flexibility maybe required occasionally.The Role/Company:We are looking for a full-time General Builder /Multi Skilled Tradesperson to join our team of experienced builders and tradespeople.We are based in North Birmingham, but you will be required to work in different areas within Birmingham within a 30-mile radius.Our customer base is mainly NHS Trusts, Hospitals, Educational Establishments, Letting Agents to home maintenance and residential house extensions and conversions.The Candidate:We are looking for someone who is hardworking with a can-do friendly attitude, punctual and is well presented. Must have the ability to work on their own and as part of a team and is happy to muck in.A drivers licence, own transport and own tools are essential.Required Skills/Qualifications:The ideal candidate will have worked in the building trade for at least 3 years, ideally hold a relevant qualification and have experience in some of the following:

  • General building works
  • Plastering/Rendering
  • Brick laying
  • Carpentry
  • Painting and decorating
  • Tiling
  • Property repair and maintenance
  • Plumbing
