The Maintenance Team are looking for a highly skilled, multi-trade individual with exceptional attention to detail to join our team.The Maintenance Team deliver reactive and proactive maintenance services to a broad range of property management clients. We pride ourselves on our ability to deliver nothing less than perfection and excellence in everything that we do.Day to day duties range from general repairs in rental properties all the way through to complete refurbishments such as new kitchens, bathrooms, end of tenancy redecorations as well as a large variety of other duties related to keeping domestic and commercial properties running.Working either alone or with the larger team, you will be responsible for delivering a daily task list of work across a number of different properties, empty and occupied. Punctuality along with pride and quality of works delivered are essential to the role, candidates will need to demonstrate excellent communication skills.What we require:Multi-skilled in plastering, plumbing, carpentry, tiling, glazing, doors, locks, basic electrics, external ground works, facias, guttering, fencing, gardening and other property related services.You will have your own tools including power tools, hold a full UK drivers licence and be able to provide a DBS check due to the nature of some of the clients we deal with.Demonstrate previous experience of working in a property maintenance role with evidence of previously completed worksOwn a smartphone with an abilty to download apps in order to be able to receive and update jobs via our company systems.What we offer:Uniform, company van, fuel card, pension, holiday allowance, overtime and bonus opportunities.The Maintenance Team are proud to support our employees self development and offer exciting career progression opportunties such as training, additional qualifications, job promotions and apprenticeship schemes.We welcome all applicants who can provide evidence of previous experience of a similar role in a professional enviroment and capacity.
