Working for a top-tier commercial property consultancy you will be working as a Facilities Manager across multiple sites and for multiple clients.You will work with a variety of multi-let properties including office, industrial and retail.Day-to-day responsibilities:- Health and Safety- Paying invoices- Service charge budgets- Liaising directly with landlords and tenants.- M&E scheduling and management- KPI reporting- H&S system management- Contractor coordination- Building management checks.- ESG / Environmental, Social, and GovernancePerson:- Degree educated- Facilities Management (hard FM) experience.- Good with pressure.- Able to prioritise workload effectively.- Well presented and articulate.- Ideally MWIFM but not essential.
