The ESC works with companies that are focused on exploiting the opportunities created by the need to transform global energy systems;not only playing a part in accelerating technology-based solutions, but also engaging with Government to address the market mechanisms and business models that will be required to enable such solutions.such solutions.They are looking for a talented and motivated modelling analyst to join their growing Modelling team. Their suite of modelling tools includes ESME (national modelling), EnergyPath Networks (city/local area) and Home Energy Dynamics (buildings). You willexpect to work across these tools, focusing initially on the local and national modelling tools. Alongside model use, work will include improving model inputs and analysis techniques as well as interpretation of model outputs, development of insights fromthem and communication of results.You will enjoy working in a fast moving and changing environment at the cutting edge of innovation. You will be able to apply your analytical skills to work collaboratively in analysing complex whole system problems.
