Merchandising and supply chain SAP administrator

Support of merchandising team in terms of management of SAP product master data , item status update and SAP project testing
Management of shipping schedule and UK warehouse intake planning to ensure accurate Intake capacity planning and delivery dates are adhered to
Key involvement on Merchandising department SAP project requirements , transaction assignments and testing validations
SAP update of trade and new products price maintenance for all Channels and distribution price type
Provide weekly accurate information and relevant circulation for the purposes of shipping schedules and intake management
Work cross functionally with external freight forwarders and internal finance, merchandising and distribution teams to develop intake plan in line with logistical and financial capacities.
Work closely with relevant forwarders to ensure shipments occur in timely and cost effective manner. Liaise with internal Logistics and Goods Inbound to ensure correct commercial product and brand prioritisation of Intake
Ensure all order status is correct on user SAP systems to include accurate ETD and ETA docking and warehouse Intake dates.

SAP experience essential ( advanced preferred )
Minimum 1 years experience in management of Supply Chain Planning
Experience in FMCG/housewares industry or a Retail / ECOM background an advantage but not essential.
Familiar with dealings with a far-east supplier base and knowledge of shipping and UK Clearance procedures.
Experience in Excel required (intermediate preferred).
Knowledge and understanding of invoicing and payment terms.
Experience working with product placement critical paths.
You will be a highly organised and competent Administrator who can multi-task effectively and work well under pressure.

Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
Strong character - be objective and able to manage FAR EAST suppliers.

- Merchandising, Buying, Logistics, Finance , third party forwarders
- Professional, articulate and numerate to a high level.
- Self motivated with strong problem solving skills and the ability to prioritise, work accurately and effectively under pressure.
