Operating across a number of market sectors, this company pride themselves on working on some of the most prestigious jobs within the UK.You will likeTheMechanical Design Engineerjob itselfwhere you will be responsible for the full detailed design & co-ordination of Mechanical Services Projects and Tenders, covering all aspects plumbing, heating, chilled water, above ground drainage, ventilation, air-conditioning, gas & domestic water services. Areas of work covered range from warehouse & office fit out, schools & colleges, hotel & leisure and hospitals. You will be responsible for setting up the CAD drawings, design programmes (Hevacomp Etc) from scratch, producing detailed designs, CP’s, Tech-Subs etc from concept to completion, liaising with the estimating & contracts engineers.You will haveTo be successful asMechanical Design Engineer you need t o have a minimum of 3 years experience in Building Services and an excellent knowledge of Building Regulations.
