Job Description

Job Title: Maths Intervention TutorLocation: BirminghamSalary: £20,908 - £21,411 per annum (pro rata of £23,715 - £24,285) - SS2.Job type: Fixed term until 31 July 2023. 37 hours per week, 40 weeks per year (0.77 FTE). Full and part-time hours are available. The Role:Passionate about Maths Want to make a difference in the lives of talented young peopleUCB are seeking to recruit enthusiastic individuals to join our dedicated Maths team. This role is ideal for someone wanting to collaborate with Lecturers in GCSE and Functional Skills Maths in order to promote student learning.The role involves working with small groups of students aged 16-19 years, with the aim of raising attainment and preparing for exams and assessment.Candidate Requirements:The successful candidate(s) will have experience of supporting the delivery of GCSE/Functional Skills, excellent communication skills and the ability to inspire and motivate students.Benefits:
