This organisation has been expanding their marketing team over the last 6months, but now they need a commercial Marketing Manager to join them for a 12 month fixed term, maternity contract.The role:Its hard to imagine a more exciting organisation at the moment. Were working with a national publisher which is adding titles and niche websites to its portfolio at a huge rate. The job will be really fast-paced and will its primary focus will be findingnew customer acquisitions and developing marketing campaigns for an ever expanding list including websites and a range of stand-alone email newsletters. Reporting into a Senior Marketing Manager, you will plan and execute a range of compelling marketing campaignsthat are customer focused and data lead as well as tracking and optimising acquisition, brand and launch campaigns through to deliver desired ROI, to budget and on time. Youll manage the creative production of online and marketing assets, design, print, digital,video production, and digital tools from the initial concept to finished product and execution, ensuring multi-channel continuity at all times. The role is offered as a full, home-working contracts but you can choose to work in one of the 15 offices dottedacross the country, and you should expect occasional meet-ups with the rest of the marketing team.What were looking for:Were really looking for a superstar, marketing allrounder for this roles who can commit to a 12 month contract and is keen to work from home, full time. Youll need to be able to demonstrate strong experience of multi-channel campaigns, but will definitelyhave a strong grasp of marketing tools and strategies. A background in publishing or media industry would be useful, but not essential, though its likely your experience will be consumer biased.. Youll have a strong understanding and experience in managingSEO. PPC and CRM campaigns and should also have hands on knowledge of Google Analytics and Facebook Ad Manager. The role revolves a lot around current affairs and news, so youll need to be resilient enough to cope if a campaign youve worked hard on doesntget to run because of a change out of everyones control - proactivity and resilience really are key.
