Job Description

My client, an international active nutrition/lifestyle brand, which has grown rapidly since its launch in 2010, is now looking for a Marketing Executive to join their team. You will be responsible for managing and optimising the full end to end journey building acquisition and retention campaigns through our Email and SMS marketing platforms (Klaviyo) Benefits:

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the end-to-end campaign process for CRM campaigns mainly through the email & SMS channel, ensuring campaigns go out on time.
  • Optimise and build on existing automated, triggered email journeys that exist around acquisition, engagement, and retention.
  • Work with the design team to develop new and engaging email templates to ensure retention of the attention and engagement of subscribers.
  • Report on your campaigns, understand any variances to expected performance and feedback to the wider team in weekly performance updates.
  • Work with the eCommerce and Marketing team to ensure the right mix of offers are being presented to customers to drive both revenue and engagement.
  • Work across the customer journey building out automated triggered communication as required.
  • Build an ongoing plan of testing and optimisation for the activity you are responsible for.
  • Ensure you adhere to the relevant existing processes, suggesting improvements where appropriate and creating new processes as required.
  • Identify ways of increasing email & SMS sign ups.
  • Drive life-time value through understanding our current model, identifying opportunities to increase all three factors of the model as well as increase subscription rate on and off site.
  • The role will require supporting the eCommerce team with projects and day to day tasks.
Person Specification
  • Experience working with a marketing automation platform, preferably Klaviyo, Ometria or similar preferred.
  • Experience building out automated email journeys.
  • Experience using Google Analytics to measure performance and gain insight.
  • Copywriting/content creation skills.
  • Problem Solver.
  • Experience working within an eCommerce team or similar
  • A knowledge and passion for the brand and industry is desirable.
  • Excellent self-motivating and interpersonal skills - a team player.
  • Excellent attention to detail and strong organisational skills, proficient in MS Office & MS Excel.
  • Drive and self-motivation.
