Marketing DesignerAn award-winning creator, publisher, licensor and marketer of high-quality consumer-facing digital entertainment are continuing to evolve their business internationally and towards new audiences and is on the hunt for a highly skilled and knowledgeable designerto join their energetic team.The ideal candidate they are looking for is someone who has a strong proven background in marketing design, who takes pride in their work and can grow along-side their team. You will be responsible for designing high-converting landing pages for their products,whilst working with top prestigious brands to help influence their content. Your designs will be expected to drive and control conversions to their subscription-based content that will ultimately have a direct impact on the number of users on the campaignsthey run.Responsibilities - Graphic design of product landing pages- Optimisation of pages post-launch- Editing designs where appropriate to increase conversations- Working within the marketing team to collaborate with developers- Liaise with appropriate stakeholders- Work on creative projects from concept designs- Working on leveraging content from their prestige brand partners Skills and requirements- Be able to demonstrate strong experience designing landing page designed to maximise conversation in a related field (e-commerce etc)- Has an extremely detailed approach to creating layouts which convert at a high rate- Highly skilled and proficient with Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop- At least 3 years experience writing HTML and CSS for page layouts- Demonstrate a strong portfolio of relevant work- Excellent at communicating, being able to work in a small but highly focused team- Being able to understand and overcome challenges of producing content for a mobile environment- Excited to work in a challenging but rewarding environmentBenefits- Competitive salary - Company bonus scheme- 25 days annual leave- Private healthcare - Great pension- Critical illness cover- Training budget- Flexible/remote workingWhen submitting your application to Colossus Associates, please ensure you have your correct phone number and email address so we can contact you asap regarding your application.
