Marketing CoordinatorAbout the RoleThe Marketing Coordinator will work as part of the Marketing team, assisting the Head of Marketing and Marketing Manager to deliver cost effective marketing activities, driving greater interest whilst raising awareness and maintaining the brand voice.Key Day-to-Days:* Copywriting* Email Marketing (MailChimp)* Web Content* Campaign Planning* Updating CRMOverall Responsibilities:* Responsible for completing and sending out the marketing reports* Work with the Marketing Manager to plan and deliver Marketing Campaigns* Manage and update website portals* Collating data for analytical reports* Checking and approving all social media updates prior to publication* Uploading news stories and blog posts to the website* Arranging all internal and external marketing meetings* Proof reading and approving all PR material* Liaising with our external marketing/PR agencies to ensure our social media outlets are being utilised to the best of their ability, whilst assessing their effectiveness* Co-ordinating all sponsorship opportunities* Minute taking in the marketing meetingsSkills / Experience* A clear, effective and professional communicator* Self- motivated with the ability to work on their own initiative and under pressure* The ability to build rapport with a range of people and develop strong working relationships based on mutual respect and trust* Experience of using CMS (content management systems) and social media* Customer centric* Creative with an analytical mind: must be able to delve into data and pull-out key informationPackage* £22-25k* Flexible working (3 days in office minimum)* Pension scheme, annual bonuses, private healthcare* 25 days holiday + 8 bank holidays + Christmas shutdown* Great progression opportunities
