The Center ensures the highest customer satisfaction and efficiency for farmersin compliance with strategy and vision for the farm of the future. Responsibilities include: Growing the adoption and market share of Lelys full product portfolio and services and increasing the use of robotics Engaging customers in a long-term relationship with high-quality service and advice Creating and developing a dedicated team with the right knowledge and skills to become a professional and sustainable partner for farmers.The Marketing Specialist: Works closely with the Center Manager, Sales Manager, Sales Advisor, FMS Advisor and Business Support Team. Interacts regularly with the Cluster Marketing Specialist.Role Objective The Marketing Specialist is responsible for devising and executing all the marketing activities of the Center with the aim of creating brand awareness, generating sales leads and achieving maximum customer satisfaction. The Marketing Specialist is responsiblefor ensuring all marketing activities meet the standards and guidelines.Key Responsibilities Customer satisfaction & lead generation Organizes the generation of leads locally, as well as customer loyalty events such as open farm days, information days and exhibitions as set in the annual marketing & communication plan. Arranges the transport of resources and materials. Takes the lead inthe evaluation and reporting of events. Conducts activities to increase participation in customer satisfaction surveys in close cooperation with the Cluster and initiatives to improve customer loyalty. Monitors customer satisfaction survey results, delegating feedback to the relevant Center team members with a problem-solving mind-set. Supports Corporate and Cluster marketing activities such as participation in national and international events when required. Marketing strategy & development Prepares and executes the annual marketing and communication plan in line with the available budget and in close collaboration with the Cluster Marketing specialist and is responsible for the monitoring of the marketing budget. Is responsible for the corporate branding of the Center and the employees, ensures that all marketing and communication items are in line with the corporate identity andguidelines. Develops and increases brand awareness by means of advertising (online & printed).Branding & content creation Ensures that the Center website is up-to-date and in line with guidelines.
