Job Description

Marketing and Communication Executive12 Months FTCRemote working ( UK location only due to social events)£28,000 DOEAre you passionate about marketing and looking to kick-start your career in a dynamic and innovative company. We are seeking a Marketing and communications Executive to join our team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in supporting the deliveryof our marketing initiatives, including campaigns, events, content creation, and more.Key Responsibilities:

  1. Marketing Campaigns:
  • Assist in the development of marketing campaigns.
  • Support the execution and monitoring of multi-channel brand awareness and lead generation campaigns, utilising social media, web pages, webinars, case studies, exhibitions, events, adverts, email marketing, and more.
  1. Events:
  • Provide event management support for in-person events, handling logistical arrangements, monitoring budgets, and coordinating with external agencies.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to plan and prepare for events, including developing briefing decks and booking passes.
  • Manage post-event follow-up communications.
  1. Content Creation:
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to create compelling content, including press releases, award entries, product launches, event communications, company profiles, and other digital and print media.
  • Develop and execute a social media content plan in line with the marketing strategy.
  • Ensure the website is updated with relevant and timely content.
  • Keep marketing literature up to date and generate new content ideas based on target market and industry trends research.
  1. Best Practices and Teamwork:
  • Maintain and update CRM/databases to support email marketing campaigns while ensuring GDPR compliance.
  • Act as a brand guardian, adhering to brand guidelines when creating marketing collateral and content.
  • Stay informed about best marketing practices and make recommendations to ensure our business uses the latest methods.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing Team and external agencies (website development, market research, PR, etc.) to support marketing activities as needed.
  • Aid the Marketing Communications Manager and other team members as required.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelors degree in marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in social media platforms and content management systems.
  • Excellent organisational and project management abilities.
  • Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
  • Knowledge of GDPR regulations is a plus.
  • Enthusiasm for marketing and staying up to date with industry trends.
