Job Description

Office Coordinator opportunity based in Birmingham City Centre. The role will consist of basic marketing duties as well.Client DetailsMy client is a well known established organisation based in Birmingham City Centre looking for an experienced Office Coordinator.DescriptionThe Office Coordinator position will be split accordingly.

  • Supporting with Bids and Tenders
  • Create and manage marketing templates & assets through PowerPoint Training
  • Support creation and co-ordination of online and offline events
  • Business Support
  • Provide adhoc support to senior management
  • Provide Reception cover as needed
  • Represent the business to clients and candidates.
  • Ensure office supplies are up to date and ordered in a timely manner.
  • Liaise with Facilities Department
  • Profile
  • Using Microsoft Office suite.
  • Advanced MS office packages including Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Experience of using PowerPoint templates
  • Using Excel to produce reports.
  • Experience of using a database or CRM system.
  • Experience of writing accurate external communications.
  • Confident telephone manner
  • Strong administration skills.
