My client is a self-made International Entrepreneur looking to recruit a Mandarin Speaking Private PA to support him and his newly appointed Chief Operating Officer.Based at their offices Near Wolverhampton. The wider team are very close-knit, fast-paced, and diligent. This entrepreneur encourages a culture of teamwork, transparency, professionalism delivering customer service to an exceedingly high standard.The duties will include managing all family matters, gifting list/present sourcing, managing all property/car/household bills, booking all personal appointments, personal and business travel itineraries as well as attending meetings, taking notes, and followingup, dealing with suppliers, facilities issue etc. You will be running errands with the children including school drops off and any other events. You will be taking international calls which will entail working on Chinese time, so flexibility is key. The rolerequires ideally a mandarin speaking due to international stakeholders.This needs to be someone who can hit the ground running and take ownership of the smooth-running of this individual’s life and create organisation. Being initiative-taking and forward thinking is key to this role as well as being able to think on your feet.You must have a "roll your sleeves up attitude" where no job is too big or small. This is a role for someone to real come in and shine, hit the ground running and move through the business into other opportunities. Strong cultural awareness is also key.This role is ideal for a candidate who is seeking a pure Private PA role and has previous experience in a similar role or certainly be able to demonstrate experience of supporting an executive. The role will be office based but you will have access to state-of-the-artfacilities in a very nurturing and sociable environment.
