Job Description

Counted Recruitment are currently recruiting a Management Accountant for a great professional services business based in Birmingham. The role will see you join a team of six in a wider team of 50+Main duties of this Management Accountant role include:

  • Ensuring revenue is posted correctly
  • Managing the rebate accruals ensuring theyre reflected correctly in both Profit & Loss and Balance Sheet
  • Preparing the Profit & Loss by tying together the performance of the various business units
  • Developing and enhancing stock reporting processes
  • Reviewing stock accounting entries for supplier credit notes
  • Production of monthly supplier contract reporting analysis
  • Balance sheet reconciliations
  • Ad-hoc Management Accounting duties
Location / Office / HoursBased just outside of Birmingham, this business has their own office complex, complete with car parking. The office has a hybrid mix of three days in and two days out.Culture, Ownership and IndustryPrivately owned, this business turns over £500m+ and are in the professional services space.What we are looking forThe ideal candidate will would be studying ACCA or CIMA and looking to move up with existing management accounting and spreadsheet skills.Benefits to the roleThe main benefits of this Management Accountant role include:
