Job Description

Day shift Maintence Engineer required Due to continued growth, a leading manufacturer plastic products is currently seeking a hands-on experienced, electrically biased maintenance engineer to work as part of the engineering team to maximise factory utilisation and yield.Established for almost 50 years, they have a strong customer base, ensuring stability and growth for the future.Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer responsibilities

  • Make sure preventative maintenance tasks are carried out in accordance with all relevant plans.
  • Carry out PPM tasks and fault repairs to assure minimal disruption to production lines.
  • Prioritise responsibilities to ensure breakdowns and repairs are conducted efficiently and cost effectively.
  • Go through diagnosis of plant equipment and inform all relevant colleagues of updates and progress also completing all necessary paperwork and documentation.
  • All electrical and mechanical faults must be resolved in a timely manner.
Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer requirements
  • Multi-Skilled role with responsibilities mainly being Electrical bias
  • Experience of working with plastic injection moulding, blow moulding, or extrusion machinery
Based near Redditch, this role is commutable from Solihull, Bromsgrove, Worcester, Stratford, and Birmingham.Salary and Benefits
