Are you an experienced M&A professional who is looking for the next step in your Corporate Finance careerAmbition are partnering with a top advisory firm who require an Assistant Director to join their growing M&A team in Birmingham.On a daily basis you will take on the responsibility of managing the delivery of projects, with a key focus of building and maintaining profitable client relationships. It is essential that you have in-depth experience within Corporate Finance M&A on both buy-side and sell-side transactions. You will be working with a broad range of clients, involving public and private companies, owner-managed businesses and private equity houses.This team are in a strong position within the market in which they have completed numerous M&A deals and therefore a large pipeline of work will allow you to further your expertise within the M&A field.Working from origination to completion on deals will be essential, including the preparation and reviewing of complex financial models.As a Senior Manager / Assistant Director you will assist the Partner and Director in the development of new and existing service steam methodologies.
