Birmingham - Excellent transport routes£12.98 p/h - 6 - 9 month contractFree parking, flexible working hours!Are you an experienced Transport Planner looking for your next role Do you have experience in forecasting and planning routes and enjoy working in a fast paced and energised team If so we an exciting opportunity to join on a temporary basis with the potential for the right candidate to transfer on a permanent basis. With an attractive hourly rate on offer of £12.98 this contract offers working in modern offices, flexibility, free parking and working with a switched on and friendly team.Reporting to the Planning Manager your duties will include -" Produce efficient and accurate UK inbound receiving plans (Deck Plans) for all areas within role responsibilities" Perform weekly reviews with inbound teams" Audit and optimisation activities to include KPI analysis and review" Communicate with internal customers at all levelsThe Transport Planner will have experience in managing, coordinating plans and conduct analysis and validation of customers. Youll be responsible for timely delivery and accurate management of network changes.Excellent communication skills, strong and effective organising, planning and process work methods will be paramount to this role.Advanced excel skills including pivot tables will be highly regarded.Interested Please click apply!
