Job Title: Legionella Risk AssessorLocation: Birmingham, West MidlandsSalary / Benefits £25K - £36K +Training +BenefitsLevel of Experience Trainee Legionella Risk Assessor through to Lead Legionella Risk Assessor Profile: Our client is a well-established legionella / water treatment consultancy provide the full range of legionella duties to a mixed portfolio of clients nationally. They are actively recruiting for a hardworking and experienced Legionella risk assessorwho can confidently carryout Legionella Risk Assessments to a wide range of clients based in the West Midlands. The ideal candidate will hold the city and guilds Legionella Risk Assessment qualification out WMS equivalent and must be happy to travel nationallyon a regular basis.Applications will be considered from: Coventry, Warwick, Worcestershire, Walsall, Wolverhampton, West Bromwich, Solihull, Stourbridge, Halesowen, Oldbury. Experience & Qualifications:" Will hold extensive experience working within the Legionella Industry as Legionella risk assessor. " Ideally have knowledge of chemical treatment of cooling towers and steam boilers. " Hold goof working knowledge of ACOP L8 guidelines and relevant Health & Safety legislation. " proficient in using Microsoft office. " Must hold excellent communication skills both written and verbal. The Role:" Carryout Legionella risk assessments on a mixed range of sites in line with ACOP L8 guidelines. " Producing schematic drawings and detailed reports using information from site for clients. " Surveying water systems and supplies in line with ACOP L8 guidelines. " Carrying out servicing and repairs of TMVs" Undertaking temperature monitoring, sampling, and analysing water systems. " Providing clients with consultations and prices for remedial works when needed. " Building and maintaining good working relationships with clients.
