Job Description

PageGroup is looking for a skilled and collaborative Legal Technology Consultant to join our clients dedicated and friendlyteam.Client DetailsAs an experienced and committed Legal Technology Consultant, you will work with company lawyers, the managed services team, and other service delivery teams to support prospective and live client projects. You will also manage the full lifecycle of clienttechnology engagement and make recommendations regarding the application of technology within legal operations and business functions.DescriptionSome of your responsibilities in this legal technology consulting job will include:

  • Creating promotional content for the consulting and company services, including flyers, slide decks and supporting documents
  • Storyboarding potential solutions and working with other delivery partners to create demo environments and prototypes
  • Setting an agenda for workshops and kick-off meetings
  • Formalising and agreeing on the scope with all stakeholders
  • Coordinating and mobilising internal resources required for project delivery
ProfileTo apply for this Legal Technology Consultant role, you will need at least two years of experience as a consultant and must have achieved a minimum of a level 5 diploma in professional consulting (or equivalent). You will also require advanced written andverbal communication skills with the ability to articulate solutions, including experience presenting to external stakeholders at various levels. In addition, you should have the following skills and expertise:
  • Hands-on technical skills, including no- and lo-code environments, Microsoft 365, document automation, chatbots and workflow automation tools
  • Excellent project planning, organisational and management abilities
  • Experience completing projects with minimal direction and with great attention to detail
  • Ability to identify and advise on project risks
  • Fluency in French, German or Spanish would be an advantage but not strictly necessary
