Job Description

Legal SecretaryBirmingham City Centre£20,000-25,000 p/aBell Cornwall Recruitment are working exclusively with one of Birminghams big law firms. They are looking for a legal secretary to join their team. Previous experience within an office environment is essential.Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

  • Extensive Diary Management
  • Support fee earners with day to day work flow
  • Arranging travel and accommodation
  • Book internal and external meetings
  • Arranging photocopying, printing and scanning
The ideal candidate will possess the following:
  • Strong administration / office experience
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Confident using Microsoft Office including Outlook
  • A passion about offering support and helping others
  • Exceptionally organised and professional
