So, if you would likethat office time too, youll need to live a commutable distance to central Birmingham.The role:The successful Legal Assistant will be working as part of a small team within Property law, specialising in property development, particularly in relation to regeneration schemes and infrastructure projects. Youll be working to advise on a broad range ofacquisitions and disposals, development agreements, building licences, options, and pre-emption agreements.
