  • The Learning Operations Assistant Manager will focus on maintaining a learner and client centric way to deliver business value, by ensuring the smooth operating of the learning systems and the effective management of learning coordination and communication
  • Leading a team and ensuring that they are clear on what needs to be done and understand the quality drivers of their roles. They are motivated and are empowered to deliver. Ensuring the team receive the required training, development, and support to beable to deliver on their roles.
  • Collaborating closely with relevant stakeholders to ensure all systems and processes support accurate and reliable access to information for our clients and learners.
  • Design, development, and Implementation of robust quality assurance and sign off process to ensure great learner experiences. Robust implies that the quality assurance and/or controls are systemic and automated where appropriate.
  • Supporting the Learning & Development team with projects/workshops when required, which may include updating the relevant learning systems or reporting
What are we looking for
  • Experienced in leading and managing a team
  • Digital skills – learner management systems, PowerBI, MS Office and SharePoint including creating and hosting remote classrooms and working with reports in Excel and PowerBI
  • Data Analysis and reporting - ability to interpret course monitoring data and articulate this to stakeholders in a meaningful and engaging way using relevant tools and techniques, such as dashboards and reports
  • Results-oriented way of working
  • Project management experience
