Job Role: Service Manager, Learning disabilitiesLocation: Supported living scheme, Kingstanding, ErdingtonSalary: £30000-£32000Hours of work: Full time with shared on callAn exciting service manager opportunity has become available with a leading provider of supported living and residential care services. This role requires the successful manager to oversee the day-to-day management of vibrant, flat scheme. Your new serviceoffers care and support for adults with learning disabilities and complex needs/behaviours. You will support 28 adults in total who have varying care requirements.Employed on a full-time basis, with the requirement to share the on call, you will work with an established staff team. You will lead from the front, embrace the promotion of choice and independence and inspire your team to deliver the best quality of carepossible.Other areas of responsibility will include:* Staff recruitment, training and supervisions* Rota management* Care and support planning* Finance and budgeting* Attending external training and management meetings* Shared on call* Business growth and developmentTo be considered for this exciting role, you must meet the following essential requirements:" Hold the level 3 in health and social care as a minimum. Ideally you will also hold a relevant care management qualification.
