Job Description

Learning and Development ManagerLocation:Birmingham/ RemoteSalary:£60,000 + bonusThis is an 18 Month FTCThis is afantastic opportunity for an experienced Learning and Development Manager to join a business with ambitious growth plans as well as a period of exciting change and transformation. The role will grow and develop as the company changes and grows.The role of the Learning and Development consultant will be to develop learning programmes for part of the business going through transformation. This part of the business has ambitious plans to be greater than ever before and offering a world class customerservice journey to its customers. This position will involve designing brand new ways of working across the business.This role is a blend of strategy and hands on delivery.Learning and Development Manager - Responsibilities:

  • You willdesign and deliver the L &D strategywith initial priorities around supporting the change agenda
  • Work in collaboration with Business leaders to design a world class customer service journey.
  • Work with the Customer facing teams to design, implement & review customer focused trainingprogrammes.
  • Design and deliver face to face coaching for managers and leaders in the business
  • Implement coaching and training solutions, including E-learning programmes.
  • Review management development training and improve and advance where required
  • Complete Training Needs Analysis across the business
  • Manage Leadership and Management development programmes including 1 to 1 coaching.
Learning and Development Manager - Skills and Experience:
  • You will have designed and delivered trainingprogrammes, formulate the L & D Strategy that will support both business objectives and the development needs of employees.
  • You will have significant experience of designing customer service and sales programmes.
  • You will have supported business changeprogrammes
Location:
  • This position will require occasional time in the Birmingham office, visiting sites across the UK and the rest of the time will be based from home.
