The Role:Our Apprenticeship team is expanding and we are looking for individuals with experience of assessment, training or coaching within various workplace settings to support our learners Apprenticeship journey from start to finish, including on-boarding, trainingand end point assessment. We have positions in Business and Professional service sectors to support learners at level 3 and 5.Candidate Requirements:The ability to use e portfolio systems and meet realistic targets is critical in this role. A focus upon quality in all aspects of the apprentices and their employers journey is essential ensuring intent implementation and impact of new skills knowledgeand behaviours.Capability to support a range of apprentices with English and maths at Level 2 to enable smooth progression thorough End Point Assessment gatewaysYou will be a highly-motivated, self-directed, organised individual with proven experience of managing a case-load and a strong understanding of Apprenticeships.Benefits:
