Job Description

KM Recruitment is a specialist UK wide recruiter for the Skills and Employability sectors.Job Title:Learning and Development Assessor / Trainer (Trainee OR Qualified) Location:Remote Salary:£32,000 Type:Full Time, Permanent Essential Criteria:

  • Must hold a minimum CIPD Level 5 in Learning and Development
  • Must hold at least 3 years experience within a Learning and Development role, at Officer level or above.
  • Ideally holda Level 3 Teaching qualification (PTLLS/AET) and / or a recognisedAssessor Award (D32/33, A1, CAVA or TAQA) - though this is not essential as our client will fund these qualifications!
  • Confidence to deliver engaging and inspiring training sessions, remotely.
Dutiesinclude:
  • Deliver engaging training sessions and assess a caseload of remote learners working towards Learning and DevelopmentApprenticeships at Level 3 or Level 5.
  • Managing your diary efficiently to ensure timely assessments and reviews are conducted.
  • Support learners to achieve Functional Skills Maths and English to level 2.
  • Organise and maintain documentation on learners progress.
  • Support, advise and motivate learners.
  • Overcome barriers to learning and adapt delivery to meet learner’s needs
