Job Description

ALead Dynamics 365 Developeris needed by Network IT to be based inBirmingham. You would be responsible for the design, implementation, and support of services running on the Microsoft Dynamics platform. The role willpay up to£85,000, and is based on a Remoteworking status.Role:Lead Dynamics 365 DeveloperLocation:BirminghamWorking Practices:Remote - 1 day on site per monthSalary:Up to £85,000Benefits: Upwards of 40days annual leave, private pension contribution matched up to 10%Main Responsibilites as a Lead Dynamics 365 Developer:

  • Solution Architecture: Develop system integration and internal bespoke solution architectures for complex systems, aligning them with customer requirements and maintaining consistency.
  • Systems Development Management: Define and manage solution development projects, ensuring resources are allocated effectively and improving development processes.
  • Systems Design: Design large or complex integration and systems software, selecting appropriate standards, and balancing functional, service quality, security, and management requirements.
  • Systems Integration: Design and build integration components and interfaces, contributing to overall service design and making decisions on tools and methods.
  • Testing: Create and execute test cases, produce test scripts and materials, and report on project progress and quality.
  • Software Release and Deployment: Assess release components, perform builds and tests, and ensure release processes are maintained.
You will also be trusted with implementing stakeholder engagement plans and enhancing customer relationships. Providing leadership and expertise in Microsoft Dynamics, .NET Development, Node.js and Azure, whilst setting programming standards, technical guidance,and managing software development projects.We are looking for someone that has an extensive knowledge of either Power Apps, Power Portals and Dynamics. A Familiarity with either Power Platform, Flows, Logic Apps, Javascript, Typescript, Liquid Templating Language, C# and HTML. CSS will be advantageous.
  • Experience of leading on the design and implementation of technical solutions
  • Experience of working within or leading an agile or product team
  • Experience with Continuous Deployment/Continuous Integration (CI/CD) processes
  • Experience using source control. Azure Dev Ops and Git knowledge advantageous
  • Knowledge in writing and applying automated tests
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • A continuous improvement mentality
