Job Description

Lead Automation Technician (Security / Gates / Barriers)£35,000 - £45,000 + Enhancement + Van + Training + Pay and Role Progression + Bonus + Fuel Card + Company Perk Package + UK Wide Travel + Excellent Overtime Rates UK WideAre you an Automation Technician or do you have an Electrically biased background and are looking to work for a company that is an industry leading business where you will receive excellent hands-on training and become an expert in the automation sectorwhilst being supported to progress in a technically interesting roleAre you looking to take the next step in your career as the Automation lead for a well-respected and reputable company that will reward your hard work and efforts with an excellent remuneration and rewards package, alongside regular training and pay reviewsThis role will suit an Automation Technician or an electrically biased service engineer who is looking for a hands-on and autonomous position, where you will be visiting clients throughout the UK, completing installation, service and maintenance work ona wide range of physical security equipment.The Role:

  • Mentoring, training and supervising the Automation Team
  • Installation, servicing and maintenance on a wide range of physical security equipment including Hostile Vehicle Mitigation, Automated and Manual Vehicle and Pedestrian gates, Road Blockers, Traffic Barriers, Turnstiles, Access Control Systems and IndustrialDoors
  • Monday - Friday UK wide travel 8:00am - 4:30pm with regular overnight stays paid at enhanced rate
The Person:
  • Experience working with physical security equipment
  • Electrically competent
  • UK Driving License
