Lead AutoCAD & REVIT Designer - Curtain Walling/FacadesBirmingham, West Midlands£32,000-£40,000 + BenefitsLeading end-to-end Building Envelope Consultancy with its head office in Birmingham, but covering projects across the UK are looking for a Lead Designer from a Curtain Walling or Facades background and with extensive experience in AutoCAD and ideally Revit.The scope of the Lead Designer role will allow the successful applicant to move into project management and whilst initially remaining hands on you will receive specific training and exposure to a range of projects.The position will work in conjunction with the Main Contractor and the Design Team and on projects you will be looking after teams of 3 or 4 in size. Some site visits are expected, but in the most part you will be in the Birmingham office.Project sizes will be anything from £4.5M to £15M and will cover a range of work including roofing, cladding, windows, curtain walling and facades - basically anything you see on an outside of a building.In return for your expertise you will be given a full benefits package and a bespoke career path to take you to the next level.Suitable Locations - Birmingham, Solihull, Coventry, Leicester, Wolverhampton.
