As Key Account Manager, your accounts will be within the industrial distribution sector. Approximately 80% of this role will be managing head office relationships with distributors such as Arco, Brammer, Buck and Hickman,RS Components and Bunzl. 20% of your time will be dealing with end user accounts - for example in food manufacturing and high profile accounts such as Coca Cola and Proctor & Gamble. As Key Account Manager, you will utilise your experience developing longterm strategic plans with accounts talking to head office, procurement, Health & Safety and site level.The Candidate
  • Key Account Management, or strategic sales experience with industrial distribution is advantageous, but not essential.
  • Experience as a Key Account Manager from other sectors will be considered.
  • Area Sales Managers, Territory Sales Managers will be considered if you can demonstrate a great track record.
The Package
  • up to £50,000 basic
  • OTE Uncapped circa £24,000 + uncapped year 1
