Job Description

Our client is recruiting for a Key Account Associate to join their fast-evolving pharmaceutical company to work alongside the National Sales Manager and Key Account Managers to contribute to the development of commercial strategy, pricing, profitability.This is an exciting opportunity to execute agreed strategies in line with a growing companys commercial goals. The geography for this vacancy covers the Midlands and Wales regions.Ideal requirements:

  • The ideal candidate will have experience within the Homecare or Aseptic markets
  • Backgrounds within industry or the NHS will be considered (such as Pharmacy Technicians and Homecare Service Delivery experts within the NHS)
Role responsibilities:
  • Accountable for achieving sales and gross margin targets asset by The National Sales Manager on your territory
  • Working alongside the Key Account Managers (KAMs) as per the account segmentation and targeting.
  • To work closely with the Key Account Managers, Marketing and the Operational teams to oversee all elements of service implementation.
  • Throughout the implementation phase they will provide the team with direction, support, and goals to ensure that we stay on track to reach the agreed goals and outcomes.
  • Support the KAMs with Commercial Operations and providing vacancy/holiday cover for KAM customers
  • Working with Business Intelligence to produce and disseminate weekly and monthly reporting.
  • Ensure full implementation of all NHS tender wins.
