IT Team Lead - GBP 37000Birmingham - Remote Salary Range - GBP 35000 - 37000Fantastic Benefits - Amazing pension and holidaysWe are looking for an experienced IT Team Lead to come in and manage a small, personal internal/ external support team. You will need managerial qualities, showing leadership traits to mentor the lesser experienced team members, training to improve the abilitywithin the team. Also, as a small team, you will be the most senior point of escalation, and be the resolution to all the toughest support tickets that may come through.Working to ensure the smooth flow of day-to-day proceeding on ITIL service Desk, you will work closely with the Group IT Directory to sustain an organised, structured, and effective team.
