Ecorys operates a flexible working policy.About the roleWorking as part of a small UK-based team and part of a global group, the role of IT Systems Administrator / Engineer will take responsibility for monitoring, maintaining and improving all aspects of the IT systems in use at Ecorys UK.You will also need to ensure that the security and integrity of the systems are upheld to the highest level to enable productivity and business continuity, all while following and upholding the IT policies and processes in use at Ecorys.Working closely with other IT colleagues within the group to ensure all systems are available for use by our 500+ colleagues and experts when they are required.Ecorys strives to be leading-edge in their use of modern IT, be that cloud based or on-premise in order to support wide ranging, and fast changing business needs as they evolve.Flexible working arrangements will be considered, with regular visits to the Birmingham office expected and occasional travel to European offices likely.Role Responsibilities & RequirementsIt is essential that you have had significant hands-on experience administering Windows Operating systems (in a corporate environment), VMWARE and Microsoft Active directory/Azure Active Directory.It is also necessary for you to have demonstrable experience of administering and managing Microsoft Office 365.Responsibilities will also include but may not be limited to:
