Job Description

Role - IT Support EngineerSite Base - BirminghamSector - LegalSupport Locations - Multiple Sites across BirminghamSalary - £30,000 - £40,000Benefits - Fantastic Holiday allowanceWhat you will be doingMy client is looking for an IT Support Engineer to join a small IT department providing internal support for 3 sites across the Birmingham area. The candidate will work alongside the IT Network Manager, supporting hardware and software whilst being exposedto a wide range of technologies across an internal user base of 100.The role will include

  • User support across Hardware and Software
  • Develop networks, Infrastructure, Systems and Services
  • Enhance the user experience with the use of company technology
  • Software Integration Projects

  • Active Directory / Group Policy

  • Virtual Machines
  • Office 365 & Exchange Servers
