About the Role We have an opportunity for an experienced Regional Onsite IT Support to support activites related to the day-to-day technical support of end user ICT infrastructure and core productivity tools used across the region. This will involve supporting onsite andremote end users in every day activities such as endpoint device installation, configuration and on-going support. Specific Responsibilities * Providing endpoint device local and remote support (Software and Hardware) for Europe region * Ensure user requests/issues/tickets are addressed following IT global guidelines and SLAs * Support with liaising with vendors and partners regarding any request or troubleshooting activities. * Support the region networks and collaborate with the Regional and Global IT team in all LAN/WAN environments * Actively contribute to the development of IT systems, processes and guidelines within the region * Support Remote Desktop Services including virtual environments, VPNs and any other models that support office and remote users * Support the regional backup and recovery process based on cloud and on-prem guidelines and processes * Actively be involved in all activities/initiatives related to cybersecurity promoted by Global Security Officer and ensure that cybersecurity guidelines are followed by local and regional teams Skills, Qualifications and Experience * Degree in any ICT discipline with additional skills and knowledge in modern workplace environments and cloud technologies * Minimum of 3 years working as first line IT onsite support * Experience using ITSM platforms (Incident, tickets, SLAs) * Strong understanding of Microsoft end user technologies and applications * Strong understanding of Microsoft infrastructure platforms (Azure, Active Directory) MCSA or equivalent. * Experience with remote/virtual desktop services and IT Cyber security
