Description
  • The IT Support Analyst will be based at the Birmingham head office, joining the Service Desk team to provide both remote and hands-on support to the companys end users at a 1st and 2nd Line level.
  • You will be working in a largely Microsoft environment, covering desktop-related troubleshooting across technologies such as Windows 10, Active Directory and the Office365 suite.
  • In addition, you will cork closely, and communicate effectively, with key suppliers and 3rd parties, escalating issues both internally and externally where necessary.
  • You will have excellent career progression opportunities, as the organisation has an IT function consisting of Service Desk, Field Engineers, Infrastructure Specialists and Architects amongst others, all of which are areas you can progress your career into.
ProfileAs the successful candidate for the IT Support Analyst vacancy, you will be experienced in the following at a 1st/2nd Line level:
  • Windows 10
  • Office365
  • Active Directory
  • LAN/WAN and TCP/IP
  • Hardware break-fix (PC/laptop/printer/mobile devices)
Job Offer
  • Starting salary of £22,000 - £25,000 + Company Benefits.
