IT Sales Executive Inside Sales Demand GenerationBirmingham - West Midlands£20,000 - £25,000 Basic + Excellent Commission + BenefitsWell established and highly successful Managed Communications, and IT Cloud provider with clients across the UK are looking for a new IT Sales Executive to join the IT Sales team in an office based tele-sales role.This will suit someone with a minimum of 1 years experience in a Business to Business (B2B) sales role including IT, Telecoms and technical sales experience. The purpose of the role is to sell ISDN upgrades as the current standing systems are shutting down,you will be especially targeting the education and professional services sectors.The Role:To establish quality leads for field-based Sales Advisers to promote a positive conversion rateTo meet the agreed level of contact with existing accounts as maintain/increase revenueTo identify sales opportunities and effectively present key features and benefits of product(s)To produce and follow up quotations and to assist the office managerMaintain and update records with relevant information including with CRM systemsRespond to and follow up sales enquiriesSkills and experience:You will be educated to at least A level standard or equivalent or be of graduate calibre. A degree in numerate, scientific, or Computing, IT technical degree would be ideal but by no means essential.You must have at least 1-2 years experience of structured business to business grade telesales. An element of selling IT products and services including any hardware, software, systems, Microsoft products and/or managed services sales experience is desirablebut is by no means essential.Must have the ability to process complex information, must be adept in use of Internet, email & Microsoft office applicationsMust be a competent writer of IT related documentation. Excellent written and verbal skills including ability to summarise and articulate complex solutions to clients. Well-developed analytical, organisation and problem-solving skills.Must be an excellent face-to-face and telephone communicator. Able to demonstrate success supporting others in the business.Will consider telesales experience in another sector ie.
