Job Description

WAA Chosen is an integrated comms agency focused in three sectors, Automotive, Trade & Construction and Leisure and Lifestyle. For over 30 years, we have worked across social media, brand, digital, PR, print, DM and sales promotion, our team combines insight and commercial acumen with creative flair and craft, to deliver innovative business solutions, compelling contentand clever integrated campaigns.The Role:We are looking for an experienced IT Manager to join our growing team, to be the go to person for anything IT in the office. Supporting on IT infrastructure, hardware, and software for an office of over 50 staff while also providing expert advice and support.We will also consider Senior Support Technicians who are ready to take the next step.The juicy bit:

  • Management of all IT infrastructure, hardware, networking, and telephony systems
  • Ensure all staff are appropriately trained in information security
  • Participate in business continuity planning
  • Procurement of IT hardware, software and services required by the business
  • Management of the entire network topology
  • Maintain an awareness of new technologies and introduce new technology to the business
  • Technical support and general IT troubleshooting across Windows and Mac environments
  • Assisting users with in-house AV
  • Ensuring software is up to date and secure
  • Continuing support of our ISO 9001, 14001 and 27001 certifications
What youll be bringing with you:
  • Be a hands on problem solver
  • Have a can do attitude - no problem to big or small
  • Microsoft Active Directory experience
  • Experience with Microsoft 365
  • Worked with Hyper-V
  • Knowledge of Mimecast
  • Previously worked on MS Server 2019
  • Experience with Microsoft Azure
  • Cisco network switches experience
  • Previous knowledge of Mitel VOIP telephony
  • Ubiquiti wireless network controllers knowledge
  • Worked within both Microsoft Windows and Mac O/S environments
