Job Title: IT Manager Location: Birmingham, UK Salary: - £35k - £40k Office Requirements: An even split of Office and Remote working. You will ideally want to be present initially for collaboration and across multiple sites. We are working with a well-known and respected charitable organisation based in the heart of Birmingham. We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated individual to fill the role of IT Manager, contributing to our mission of making a difference in the livesof those we serve. Position Overview:As the IT Manager, you will play a crucial role in advancing our charitable initiatives by overseeing and enhancing our information technology systems. You will lead a team that are fast becoming more digitally-driven, collaborating with departments acrossthe organisation to continue to maintain and introduce smooth operation across the business, ensuring adherence to guidelines, governance and policy. Key Responsibilities:Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute the organisations IT strategy, aligning technology solutions with our mission and vision. Team Management: Lead and inspire a talented IT team, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment. System Optimisation: Implement and manage IT infrastructure, ensuring optimal performance, security, and scalability. Project Management: Oversee IT projects from conception to completion, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery. Collaboration: Work closely with various departments to understand their technology needs and provide effective solutions. Vendor Relations: Manage relationships with external vendors / 3rd party external IT support and ensuring service excellence. Qualifications:Proven experience in IT management, with a track record of successfully implementing and managing technology solutions. Excellent project management abilities, including planning, execution, and evaluation. Familiarity with the specific needs of charitable organisations or the non-profit sector is an advantage. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Relevant certifications and a bachelors degree in a related field are preferred.
