MBA are proud to partner one of the UKs most innovative Insurance organisations in their search for an experienced IT Infrastructure Engineer on a permanent basis. The IT Infrastructure Engineer role is to provide 2nd/3rd line technical support for service issue escalations. To provide onsite and remote support for new business migrations, acquisitions, and office relocations. To work closely with the project managerand SMEs and take responsibility for all assigned technical aspects of the projects team, project and ensure that all requirements are consistently delivered in a timely, accurate and cost-effective manner.Key Responsibilities* Ensure all service and support requests are routed through the correct channels.* Delivery of assigned tasks and escalations from the 3rd party IT Helpdesk supplier.* Ensure all migration, relocation and integration activity is performed to a high standard.* Work independently and within the team to ensure all tasks are delivered to a high degree of accuracy and cost efficiency.Technical Knowledge/Skills * Multi-site small to medium enterprise experience (1000+ users).* Office 365 domain migrations, including email.* File storage migrations.* Cloud Management (AWS, Azure, etc).* SaaS management.* External supplier management, including contract management.* Network & Telephony Management.* Technical Support / Problem Solving* Incident Management* Microsoft technologies (O365, Server, Windows, IIS etc)* VOIP Telephony* SSL* Printers / MFDs* Wide Area Network, including Firewalls* TCP/IPOur client has offices based all over the UK, this role offers a good level of flexibility.
