IT DirectorThe role is working for a well establish and secure organsation that has a track record in providing an amazing service to its customers. They are a multi- site operation and are looking for a key person to transform the companies technology function As the IT Director you will lead a full IT function encompassing development, infrastructure, support, project management and service delivery, whilst also managing the relationships with business stakeholders. A major part of the roles responsibilities will be defining and delivering the strategic technology roadmap, where youll enjoy the autonomy and financial backing to introduce cutting-edge solutions. You will create a transformative digital strategy to deliver the aims of the Group Strategy. Essential Keys Skills:- Hands on strong technical aptitude across the IT stack, with deep experience of Microsoft a formality- Experience of designing leading the implementation of a technology road map in an organisation of comparable size and complexity, including transitioning out of legacy to a resilient fully supported model, including selection of new technologies- You’ll be a problem solver with strong organisational skills to coordinate stakeholders, prioritise how resources are used, and manage complex projects- Experience of ITIL implementation is a key advantage- 5+ years experience managing a diverse IT team across several geographic sites, building a customer-focused IT culture, helping teams adopt new ways of working.
