Job Description

Are you an experienced Channel Account Manager, with demonstrable success in IT B2B sales, looking for a new challenge in a rapidly growing organisationGlide Group is growing rapidly; expanding its footprint across the UK and into Europe, building original ways for our customers to connect. We are specialists in delivering market-leading, super-fast broadband and utilities, and provide reliable solutionsfor students, residential developers and businesses.We are looking a for a dynamic. self-motivated Account Manager who will take responsibility for generating new business, selling a range of products and services to the Telco/IT reseller channel.Key areas of responsibility will include:

  • Calling prospective partners daily promoting our services.
  • Selling a full range of products and services.
  • Accurately using the CRM to build a pipeline and generate sales to ensure sales targets are met.
  • Building and maintaining relationships on allocated sites to increase penetration of services.
  • Closing sales effectively.
You will be able to demonstrate:
  • A commercially focussed approach with the ability to explain technology in an engaging way.
  • Demonstrable experience of telephone-based negotiation as well as face-to-face negotiations.
  • Ability to work in a fast paced, energetic and target led environment.
  • Excellent communication skills to allow you to build a strong rapport with customers and colleagues.
  • Proven inside sale experience.
  • Field sales experience (preferable).
  • B2B telephone sales experience with proven success.
  • IT sales experience
