We’re looking to expand our team to include intelligent individuals who share our passion and vision.What you can look forward toYou’ll have the unique opportunity to work across three offices: Birmingham, London and our international offices Paris, Brussels, or New York!You’ll take up the exciting role of Operations Coordinator where you’ll spend up to 6 months supporting these offices and will give you great exposure to understand of how we work, develop your customer service and office skills and ensure the smooth running of the business.On successful promotion from Operations Coordinator, you’ll then have the chance to join one of our teams in Paris, London or Birmingham as a Trainee Consultant. This is a fast-paced and varied role where you’ll be responsible for exceeding the expectations of both your candidates and clients.What we are looking for in youArticulate, entrepreneurial and determined, you’ll bring a professional approach and strong communication skills. You’ll also be motivated to continually improve and grow as a person and a consultant and this will be the perfect place to show off your excellent time management skills! In addition to this, we ask for at least a 2.1 degree in any subject from a high tariff university or alongside strong Alevels (or equivalent) as well as a considered understanding of what you want from a career - whether that be in this sector or others you have considered as well.If you have an interest in supporting our European offices we require graduates who are able to speak a foreign language (French or Flemish/ Dutch) and you will need to have business level fluency in English.Experience is not essential, as we will help focus your talents through an extensive training and development programme. However we do look for candidates who have excelled in something they have done whether this has been academic, sporting or through positions of responsibility and leadership such as DofE, societies at university or Head Girl/ Boy at school.What we offer you…Alongside excellent training to build your skills and knowledge as a recruiter, we also offer a competitive base salary as well as a monthly commission. We also include all our consultant from Trainee to Director in our six-monthly profit share scheme offering you the most generous package in the industry.
