An exciting Internal Account Manager/Sales Estimator position has arisen with this leading supplier of architectural ironmongery. They are looking for a technically minded, Internal Account Manager that understands the construction industry to join theirteam. If this sounds of interest, please apply ASAP.LOCATION: You will be based from an office in Birmingham, working from 8.30am to 5.30pm Monday to Friday.SALARY: £25,000 to £30,000 s a basic salary with an annual bonus of approximately £6k. You will also receive 20 days holiday, company pension and the opportunity to gain the Guild of Architectural Ironmongery qualification/certification.You will be selling a wide range of architectural ironmongery (window and door hardware, hinges, locks latches and handles) to architects, specifiers, contractors and designers.Your role will be to deal with all inbound telephone enquiries, provide prices and deliver quotations over the phone and by email. You will also manage a range of accounts, farming for future business whilst ensuring client retention. You will process orders,discuss and arrange deliveries and provide an excellent level of customer service.Successful candidates will have a minimum of 2 years internal sales experience within a technical/construction environment. Ideally you will have sold a range of building material or architectural ironmongery. You will have a good telephone manner, havea good knowledge of Microsoft Office.
