Reporting into the Head of Reward, due to an internal secondment, this leading Birmingham based Professional Services business is seeking an Interim Reward Analyst for a 6 month FTC. Salary up to £45k. Birmingham based business, working remotely currently, but subject to government regulations, you will be required on site, 2-3 days per week.As Interim Reward Analyst, you will be responsible for salary bench-marking, gender pay analysis, pay review process and managing the bonus cycle.
