Job Description

My client, a renowned wholesaler with a household band, is recruiting for an Interim Head of Transformation on a three to six month interim contract. The role will report to the UK MD and partner with C-Suite Executives to deliver short- and long-term transformation business plans.Location: BirminghamContract length: three to six monthsCandidate Rate: £600-700 per day (IR35 status to be determined)Key Responsibilities of the Interim Head of Transformation

  • Oversee several business-wide transformation programmes whilst ensuring operational controls and governance are adhered to
  • Review and create financial roadmaps and partner with Executive stakeholders to aid in economic and business-wide strategic decision making
  • Identify and track company priorities, costs, risks, service quality and delivery of company targets
  • Collate and communicate multiple transformation workstream streams and update against deliverables and KPIs
  • Support the preparation of reports and findings to senior management and board level
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with internal and external customers and partners
    • Essential Requirements
  • Experience of working within a similar Business Transformation role on behalf of an FMCG, Retail, Wholesale or Supply Chain companies
  • Previous delivery of large scale transformation projects at both operational and strategic levels
