Job Description

Are you an experienced finance leader with a background in social housing Are you ready for a challenging interim opportunity to lead change and improvement in a housing providers finance team Do you have a proven track record in process improvement anda talent for inspiring positive changeMy client, a prominent Housing provider undergoing a significant period of change, is recruiting for an Interim Head of Finance for a three-to-six month contract. This role, falling outside IR35, offers the flexibility of full remote work.Key Responsibilities:

  • Balance people management with process improvement.
  • Lead short-term change management initiatives.
  • Enhance the management accounts pack and optimise systems use.
  • Dive into details, diagnose problems, and guide the team towards improvement.
This role provides a unique opportunity to make a substantial impact in an organisation ready to accept change. As it falls outside IR35, it allows for autonomy and flexibility in a fully remote working environment.To be considered, please meet the following criteria:
  • Hold substantial experience in social housing finance.
